Abstract
Objectives: Evaluate dentists' awareness, knowledge, and treatment decisions concerning tooth wear in Jordan. Methods: Questionnaires were distributed to 200 general dentists and 100 prosthodontists. Results: 179 respondents (59.7% response rate) indicated varying levels of awareness and practices related to tooth wear. Bruxism was identified as a common cause, with diverse approaches to treatment observed. Conclusion: Dentists in Jordan show awareness of tooth wear, although documentation and examination practices vary. Minimally invasive treatments are favored, but challenges persist due to the lack of standardized treatment protocols.
