Abstract
The study analyzed Twitter's impact on esthetic dentistry by examining 13,787 categorized tweets. It found discussions mainly focused on specific cosmetic procedures like veneers and whitening, with negative opinions prevalent. Advertising for whitening products and dental practices was common, while educational content and reviews were less frequent. Females were more engaged in cosmetic-related discussions. The study emphasized the need to tailor content for health literacy and highlighted Twitter's underutilization for circulating educational content.
