Abstract
Government agencies need Employers to do more than job descriptions or without pay to take good extra roles. Not all or just some Employers, however, choose to do or Job an extra position without any salary. Thus, if the employees do not want to self-give for doing the good behaviour, it becomes an issue and detriment, it may interrupt the organisation to function well. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of job embeddedness in Jordanian ministries on the behaviour of organisational citizenship. This research also used questionnaires to obtain data from the ministries' employees. To evaluate if there is a relationship between the independent and dependent variables, a Partial Least Square Reflective Structural Equation Model was used. 326 is valid for the study of the 400 questionnaires administered.
