Abstract
The article presents the results of studies on recovery path eyes welded by applying a coating of manganese steels. Check the quality of the coating was determined by monitoring the residual stresses by the metal magnetic memory. A method to eliminate them through the application of vibration treatment at surfacing restored surface. The dependence of the magnitude of residual stresses on the position and set the zone of elevated stress gradients for the initial sample, the weld sample and the weld sample deposited with the vibration treatment. It demonstrated its high efficiency in order to reduce stress concentrations. It is concluded that the proposed method can reduce the residual stresses after welding and, as a consequence, increase the longevity and durability of parts.
