تسعى كثير من
المؤسسات في وقتنا الحالي إلى الاستفادة من مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة التي تعني:
خلق ثقافة متميزة في الأداء، بحيث يعمل المديرون والموظفون بشكل مستمر ودؤوب؛
لتحقيق توقعات المستفيدين، وأداء العمل الصحيح بشكل صحيح منذ البداية، مع تحقيق
الجودة بشكل أفضل، وفاعلية عالية، وفي أقصر وقت ممكن.
ولما كانت
قصص القرآن الكريم تمتاز بالواقعية وإمكانية الاستفادة منها في واقع الحياة، فقد
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استنباط أبرز مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة الواردة في القصص
القرآني بشكل عام، وقصة ذي القرنين بشكل خاص، وذلك عن طريق بيان أمثلة تطبيقية
نستطيع الاستدلال بها على أنَّ التزامَ مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة يشكل عاملاً
رئيساً من عوامل النجاح والقوة والتمكين، وقد أظهرت الدراسة عدداً من تلك المبادئ
الصالحة للاقتداء بها لكل شخص أو مؤسسة أو هيئة تريد النهوض بإدارة الجودة الشاملة
لديها.
Abstract
The Principles of Total Quality
Management in the Quranic Stories
The story of Dhul-Qarnayn as a Model
Many institutions are seeking at the
present time to take advantage of the principles of total
quality management which denotes the creation of a particular culture
of outstanding performance by which managers and staff work continuously
and diligently to fulfil the expectations of the
beneficiaries, and by which, moreover, the work is correctly
performed from the outset aiming to attain the best achievement
with better quality, high efficiency, and in the
shortest time possible. As the stories of the
Quran is characterized by realism and make use of these stories
as models in real life, the purpose of this study is
to deduce the most comprehensive quality management
principles which the Quranic stories encompass; and particularly
from the story of Dhul-Qarnayn. And this can be achieved through presenting
practical examples that can be interpreted as prove of the vitality of
the commitment to the principles of total quality
management in promoting success, power and empowerment. The study
presents a number of such principles which good to
follow by each individual, institution, or body that aims
to promote and adopt these principles.
