Abstract
Background: Feedback on healthcare service satisfaction is crucial for improvement. Study Objective: Evaluate refugee satisfaction with medical and dental services in Zaatari camp using a questionnaire. Results: 72.5% of 500 participants were satisfied, with higher rates among younger and shorter-term residents. 'Interaction and reactivity' scored highest, while 'administration efficiency' ranked lowest. Acceptable aspects included staff availability, radiological services, and child care, while challenges included access difficulties and lack of follow-up. Conclusion: Satisfaction was noted, but areas for service enhancement exist, underscoring the need for addressing gaps to prevent potential health issues.
