Abstract
Under Improving Market-Driven Curriculum for Higher and Vocational Education to Jobs Trajectory, funded by Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, SPARK delivered three days of training for trainers for 20 teachers from Zarqa University. The Training of Trainers, as an integral component of Work-Integrated Learning, aims to enhance mentoring skills for university professors to support the development of Work-Ready Skills of university graduates and enable their smooth transition and integration into the labor market, as part of the program combining theory and application in a realistic working environment.
