1) Enhancing the learning environment through instruction, applied research, scholarly activity, and service that support the institutional mission.
2) Being held responsible at all times for competent performance of duties and workload expectations, and fostering collegial relationships with, peers, students, and the University community.
3) Effective classroom teaching, and academic advising of students.
4) Sharing in University governance by participating in committees’ work, meetings, and providing input on matters relating to curriculum development and the learning environment.
5) Cooperating with the Deanship College and the Head of Academic Section to achieve the desired results.
