This study aims to explore the situation of projected total quality assurance governance standards in Ministry of Education (MoE) Law in Jordan by answering the following questions: • What is the definition of educational and curriculum governance? • What is the applicability of governance standards contained within educational policy guidelines? • What are MoE’s governance applicability indicators pursuant to total assurance requirements?
