This study aimed to identify the impact of effective planning for efficient performance from the perspective of the employees in the Jordanian Health Ministry. The researcher mentioned the most important roles of the government to provide all the correct procedures, and follow-up its operations regard the ministry to prepare programs and health plans, and follow up their practice.
